The parking garage always has ample parking and located near the entrance to the hotel, the rooms are spotless. Just disappointed when I asked for a few extra pillows (hoping to get a softer one) they were going to charge me a lot. But I can’t complain since there are no resort fees, but I will bring my own pillow next time.

The room was spacious, clean and well-equipped. Full kitchen and laundry. Dish soap, laundry detergent and paper towels provided. Dining table. Closets. Double sink bathroom with tub and shower. Tv in living and bedroom. Our balcony faced street and air conditioners but preferable rooms balconies faced pool area. Pool was cold but pool area was good size with plenty of seating and generally quiet. Bbqs available. Free shuttle to Excalibur and back hourly until 8pm. Free shuttle to grocery store a few mornings a week. There isn’t daily cleaning service so have to request if need something I guess like fresh towels or toilet paper. Would have been nice to receive those every few days and garbage removal without having to request. Overall a great place to stay off strip with easy access to strip and close to grocery store and food options.

We enjoyed our stay here as a family with two kids. We especially liked the pool and free onsite parking. Free shuttle to the Strip was useful but the Strip is also walking distance. Our room was an older style and quite gloomy, looking out over the carpark. Full kitchen was handy but the room didnt have the washing machine promised on the listing. The pressure to attend a sales presentation was intense but we did it in exchange for concert tickets. Very friendly staff at reception and at the free coffee and cocktail sessions.

TI was nice clean hotel. The only downfall we did not have any towels when we checked in. When I asked housekeeping they said call in the morning because they ran out. The next day towels were brought to the room.

This hotel has incredible staff. Everyone went above and beyond. There is a great selection of restaurants, bars and cafes. The rooms are starting to look and feel a little dated but they were clean and the bed and pillows were wonderful. An all around good stay.
